Melinda is a Fashion & Personal Stylist with what some would say an unhealthy obsession with fashion. Graduating with a BA (hons) in Fashion Promotion at The University of the Creative Arts Rochester, Melinda has worked on some great photo shoots and events. Whist studying, Melinda did her first work placement with Cosmo Girl magazine and then secured a placement with Browns boutique which introduced her into the world of high fashion and events. After working the fashion circuit in PR, show production, events and a stint in e-commerce Melinda gained experience in styling and was first assistant for a well-established stylist who was the former senior fashion director at Vogue and fashion director at both Harpers Bazaar and Tatler.
“I would watch the Clothes Show on BBC 2 then hosted by Caryn Franklin and Jeff Banks. This was during the age of the 90’s Supermodel with greats including Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and Cindy Crawford. They became celebrities in their own right. I was fascinated and wanted to be a part of fashion. 18 years later I was lucky enough to work on Clothes Show Live.”
Melinda have had the amazing opportunity to provide support to the following brands, magazines and agencies which include…
Antoni & Alison, Mark Fast, Temperley London, Browns, Todd Lynn, Roksanda Ilincic, Debenhams, George Home at Asda, Doll, Esquire, Sphere, The Article, M&S, Hackett, Max Irons, Raleigh Ritchie, Braun, Bluewater, Westfield, Clothes Show Live, Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model Live
Besides fashion Melinda have always had an interest for interior design.
